Cluster Manager

Job Role

Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with Area Managers, Territory Manager, Branch team, Direct sales team and gold loan executives.

Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.

Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.

Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions.

Recruitment of sales team , motivating them through local contest and rewards recognition program.

Launch new branches for gold loan business in region Responsible for Sales, Training, Audit, Collection, Auction for the region.

Coordination with Admin, training, Human resource and policy team for speedy launch.

Responsible for building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business.

Keep track of collection and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits.

Coordinate with Risk and Branch team for timely audit auction.
