Role: Academic Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert leads, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through online channels.
• Provide comprehensive information to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Identify potential leads from existing customers to expand the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure goals are met and foster collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Tele-calling experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Upto 25,000.00 per month
