Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff is a key leadership role responsible for providing high-level support and strategic guidance to the executive team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and executing initiatives critical to the organization's success. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the executive team in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure alignment of organizational goals with departmental objectives.

Executive Support:

• Act as a primary point of contact for the executive, managing their schedule, and facilitating effective time management.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-informed and prepared.

Communication and Liaison:

• Serve as a liaison between the executive and various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the executive team.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to administrative and support staff within the executive office.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Problem Solving:

• Identify challenges and propose solutions to address organizational issues.
• Act as a critical thinker, anticipating potential problems and proactively addressing them.

Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Uphold ethical standards and act as a role model for integrity within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Engineering + Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
