Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of people management and your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and gain practical insights into the recruitment process.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the recruitment process by source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Support the HR department in implementing policies and procedures.
• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Participate in employee engagement programs and help in organizing company events.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and documentation for benefits and compensation.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves, etc.
