Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Business Analyst to drive business process improvements and optimize Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into scalable and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
• Prepare documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
• Analyze business data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Support implementation and ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
• Assist in UAT and provide stakeholder training
