Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Mulesoft solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of various systems using Mulesoft to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft integrations through rigorous testing and validation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations and related processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Mulesoft applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement best practices for data quality and data governance to maintain data integrity.
• Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data management policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Mulesoft solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to incorporate them into solutions.

• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Mulesoft.
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing Mulesoft solutions.
