Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things social, possess a deep understanding of various social platforms, and have a proven track record of growing online communities, driving engagement, and achieving measurable results.

Vesu, Surat
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the brand's story, values, target audience, and business objectives to drive effective social media communication
- Research-driven, analytical, and creative approach to planning and execution
- Conceptualize and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
- Plan and curate compelling content calendars aligned with brand tone, campaign goals, and real-time trends
- Collaborate closely with design, content, video, and strategy teams to deliver engaging formats including static posts, reels, videos, and stories
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance; optimize strategies based on insights
- Stay updated with evolving platform features, industry trends, memes, and cultural moments—and translate them into brand-relevant content
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, including coordination, content alignment, and performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite Analytics).
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in creating compelling and engaging written, visual, and video content for social media.
