• Prior experience in technical support/related roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and handle technical equipment.
• Basic problem-solving and technical skills.
