TEAM MEMBER - AUTOMATION

• Should have hands on Experience in Operation maintenance, project experience will be added advantage.
• Ensuring the Electrical Equipment Erection & Commissioning as per the timelines.
• Knowledge in PLC programming with hands on experience of Siemens(S7-1500) or Allen Bradley.
• Knowledge in servo Different PLC Controllers, I/O Modules, HMI, motors, drives, trouble shouting & Configuration.
• Monitoring of Erection and commissioning works of Electrical Equipment's to ensure the correctness as per defined standards.
• Should be able to convert the customer requirement into machine logics.
• Should be able to understand and modify the electrical drawings.
• Periodic review of Progress on the Plant.
• Should be familiar with pneumatic & Instrumentation systems.
• Adherence to maintenance schedule and maintenance budget
• Improvement in plant reliability index
• Reduction in cost of maintenance (Stores, spares and repair maintenance cost)
