Interior Designer

An architecture and interior design practice based in T- Nagar,Chennai is hiring an Interior Designer with an experience range of 1-3 years to support residential interior assignments. The studio works across design development, documentation, and on-site coordination.

The Interior Designer will assist in developing interior layouts, preparing drawings, coordinating materials, and supporting site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior layout plans and technical drawings

• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailing

• Support preparation of presentation drawings and visualisations

• Assist in material and finish selection coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams

• Participate in client discussions when required

• Support site visits to monitor progress against drawings

• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design

• Experience in residential interior projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and detailing practices

• Ability to manage assigned tasks within defined timelines

• Good communication and coordination skills

Location: T- Nagar, Chennai

Working days: Monday - Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
