Location: Andheri (West), Mumbai

Type: Full-time (5 days a week)

You'll work closely with CXOs and senior leaders facing urgent challenges like talent shortages, leadership gaps, and culture shifts that threaten growth and agility. Your role is to design and drive practical, strategic HR solutions that directly ease these pain points and fuel business growth.

• Partner with CXOs to diagnose critical people issues and co-create impactful strategies.
• Lead projects in organization design, leadership development, culture transformation, etc.
• Challenge conventional thinking and guide clients toward clearer roles and smarter decisions.
• Translate insights into action and support clients in execution.
• Anticipate risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Build trusted partnerships as a go-to advisor for change.
• Contribute new ideas and help evolve our consulting practice.
