Detailed Job Description
• Work Experience as Canada Payroll Processor.
(Role, qualification , skills etc.)
• Good knowledge in Canada payroll process and Provincial Tax & Social Security tax laws like CPP,EI & QPP & COC for Indian PF
•Managing end to end Canada payroll operations, accounting, and accruals provisioning
• Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support
• Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, yearend reconciliations etc
•Year-end activities, like ensuring T4/ RL1 within the deadline
• Ensure Gross to Net Salary calculation accurate and timely processing for all entities regular and hourly employees. Ensure vertical, horizontal, gross level check, variance check, maker checker reconciliations etc.
• Ensure day to day activates, and completing their schedules as per time lines.
