As a proactive UI Engineer, you'll play an integral role in designing, developing, and maintaining both new and existing features that drive our product's success. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across disciplines will be a key asset in delivering seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually compelling and highly interactive user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
• Develop reusable code and UI components for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, ensuring a consistent, bug-free user journey.
• Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to technical discussions and best practice sharing.
• Document design decisions, workflows, and user interactions to foster clear and effective communication within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 with hands-on development experience.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, particularly in integrating with backend services and APIs.
• Proven expertise in responsive and adaptive web design principles.
• Solid understanding of modern UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—articulating ideas and feedback with clarity and empathy.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional, agile teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for UI components.
• Previous experience contributing to large-scale, customer-facing products.
