Required Skills

• Good knowledge of .NET technologies (C#)
• Good understanding object-oriented programming concepts
• Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Good understanding of database concepts (SQL)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Logical thinking and analytical mindset
• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with team lead to understand project requirements
• Participate in training on CRM configuration, customization, and workflow automation tools
• Assist in configuring CRM modules, customizing forms, and implementing business logic using .NET and CRM tools
• Support integration tasks between CRM and other systems
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and validation of CRM functionalities
• Document technical steps, configuration details, and test results
• Update assigned task status to the reporting lead
