Senior Manager Staff Specialist / Data Analytics & Reporting

As a Senior Manager in Reporting Team, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of the Reporting products. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business goals. Job Description

In your new role you will :

• As a Senior Manager in Reporting Team, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of the Reporting products.
• You will manage cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to transform data into actionable insights.
• Oversee end-to-end accountability for the KPIs and the Data reported on the dashboards.
• Identify and prioritize business requirements scope
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand the business need and design data solutions that provide insight, including building dashboards, presentations and adhoc recommendations
• Perform technical analysis and create datasets that describe business questions / processes
• Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify cause-and-effect relationships between key business drivers
• Develop case and articulate potential impact of the solution to the business providing clarification of the enabling solutions and reports
• Write, interpret, and optimize complex queries across disparate data sources using SQL
• Perform statistical analysis on various data sets to derive actionable insights to improve business
• Translating data into useful insights to drive and solve critical business and inform operational decisions.
• Ensure data integrity for reporting
• Work closely with data engineers and develop skills to build data pipelines for analysis
• Automate and improve data quality and bring productivity to workflows related to data
• Build reporting tools and dashboards to efficiently provide visibility on key metrics
