Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and service proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or IT staffing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.
