We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT roles and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates
• Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Proficient in using various recruitment software and tools
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
