Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, experienced, and creative Senior Public Relations Manager to lead and elevate our brand visibility across traditional and digital media. This role will play a key part in shaping brand perception, managing media relations, securing high-impact press coverage, and developing communication strategies that position us as a leading voice in skincare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies that align with brand goals and drive awareness, credibility, and engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key beauty editors, influencers, and media outlets (digital, broadcast).
• Manage press outreach and proactively secure features, product placements, interviews, and brand stories.
• Craft compelling press materials including press releases, brand stories, media kits, product briefs, and executive bios.
• Oversee agency partners, ensuring performance, alignment with brand voice, and delivery of measurable results.
• Lead planning and execution of media events, product launches, press previews, and influencer activations.
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR performance metrics (ROI, share of voice, impressions, sentiment).
• Serve as a key media spokesperson and prepare senior leadership for interviews and public appearances.
• Support crisis communications and reputation management when needed.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, influencer, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
• Strong network of media contacts in beauty, lifestyle, health, and women's interest publications.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated experience with high-profile product launches and earned media placements.
• Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing PR agencies and/or in-house teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience working with celebrity or influencer partnerships.
• Background in clean beauty or science-backed skincare.
