We are hiring a creative and driven Art Director for a leading Design agency in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking, a polished design aesthetic, and a portfolio that reflects bold ideas across digital and traditional media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead visual direction and ideation for campaigns across print, digital, social, and video.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Oversee the execution of high-quality creatives in line with brand goals.
• Stay updated on current design trends and consumer behavior to create fresh, effective concepts.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work across multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to manage time, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
