Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative
Senior Application Chef to join our team in Bangalore. This pivotal role will serve as a culinary expert, bridging the gap between our high-quality ingredients and our customers' unique needs. You will be responsible for showcasing the versatility of our products, converting key customers through tailored culinary solutions, leading comprehensive training programs, and driving innovation through recipe development. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market presence and solidifying our reputation as a trusted partner in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Perform compelling live demonstrations to showcase diverse product applications to key customers, potential clients, and channel partners, emphasizing product benefits, versatility, and optimal usage.
- Convert Key Customers: Strategically engage and convert key customers by providing highly tailored product solutions, innovative applications, and technical culinary support to meet their specific business and product development needs.
- Lead Channel Partner Training: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive and engaging training programs to channel partners to significantly enhance their product knowledge, application expertise, and selling capabilities.
- Recipe Development & Innovation: Spearhead the development and customization of new and existing recipes to creatively demonstrate product adaptability across various food segments (e.g., bakery, confectionery, savory, beverages) and to proactively support evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely and synergistically with the sales and marketing teams to ensure application activities are fully aligned with overarching business goals, driving demand generation, supporting sales growth, and creating compelling marketing content.
- Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Systematically collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Communicate these crucial insights effectively to internal R&D, product development, and sales teams for continuous product enhancement, service improvement, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume hot kitchen environment, preferably in a commercial setting or R&D kitchen.
- Advantageous Experience: Experience in B2B sales or working extensively with food ingredients in a B2B context will be a significant advantage.

- Proven ability to develop and scale recipes for commercial applications.
- Outstanding presentation, demonstration, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details in an engaging manner.
