At TerraTern, we're building at lightning speed. As we prepare for rapid expansion, we're looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and zero-to-one problem-solving.

This is not a regular role. It's a 'build-like-a-founder' seat at the table.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with the Founder & Leadership Team to conceptualize and execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Validate and scale 0 1 ideas, from insight gathering to prototype to market execution.
• Conduct deep market research, user intelligence studies, competitive landscaping, and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Own end-to-end projects — strategy, design, operations, execution, tracking, and iteration.
• Work across product, operations, marketing, content, HR, and business teams to unblock bottlenecks and drive outcomes.
• Build internal processes that support the company's fundraising, growth, and GTM strategies.
• Craft decks, business models, and narratives that support investor conversations.
• Bring a sharp founder mindset — bias for speed, high ownership, problem-solving, and creative execution.
• Operate with extreme clarity even in chaos, turning ambiguity into structured action plans.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• IIMs or Tier-1 B Schools.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, product, business, or operations
• Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
• Someone who loves solving problems, moves fast, and adapts faster.
• A natural builder — experimentation, iteration, and zero-to-one thinking come naturally.
• Someone who gets energy from working in lean, fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
