Project Lead

Talent Worx is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to join our growing team. This role involves leading and managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals and deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. As a Project Lead, you will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project resources, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your leadership skills and ability to motivate teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality results and driving project success. You will also have the opportunity to implement best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor project progress, identify any risks or issues, and implement proactive solutions
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure accountability
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Foster a positive team environment, motivating and guiding team members to achieve project objectives
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable
