System Administrator L2 Level

The ideal candidate shall have the following:

• Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Servers & Storage
• Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Virtualization / HCI
• Experience in Installation, configuration, Trouble shooting & Maintenance of OSE (Windows & Linux)
• Exposure into databases and networks (LAN, WAN)
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Experience in FW/Software & Patch Upgrade of of Server/Storage & OSE
• Exposure in System Security (AV, EDR, HIPS, DLP etc.)
• Experience on Implementation and enforcement of OS & Application security and backup/recovery strategies
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Experience in troubleshooting & rectification of system performance issue and recommend improvements
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations
• Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of System infrastructure installed at Customer Premises.
• Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting & replacement.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-handling attitude

Requirements:

• Should have managed at-least 3-5 Linux Server in last 2-3 years.
• Knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu & Windows Server
• Knowledge of File System, Networking and basic Linux Services.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
