Shift time - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Qualifications

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to provide guidance and support to students

* Knowledge of European education systems and study options

* Minimum 2 years of Sr. Student Visa Counselor experience or experience in advising students for overseas education

* Fluency in English and additional European languages is a plus

* Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Student Visa Counselor at Global Colliance located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Student Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students interested in studying abroad. The day-to-day tasks include guiding students through the application process, assisting with visa applications, and providing information on educational opportunities in multiple counties.

* Counseling the prospects about International Colleges / Universities and the courses offered.

* The candidate will have to look after all the pertaining operations and simultaneously perform multiple tasks that are relevant to the Process of Students Overseas Education.

* Should possess quality education and should be able to render vital counseling.

* Should have past work experience in field of performing association tasks and building relationship with the sub agents for overseas education.

* Should be able to function as the Head Process Counselor for the students that have been assigned directly for countries and also should be able to make certain that the students are rendered with proper services and lastly, guide them meticulously for the entire Student Visa Application Process.

* Be active enough to handle and explain the documentations related to the entire admission application along with the visa application to the students based upon the timelines.

* Should have acquaintance and work familiarity upon the data collection tasks and be able to coordinate with the tele caller for the Number of Leads and Walk-ins per day as well as Needs to Make Phone Calls to Leads which is been Generated.

* Be a team worker. Should be able to train the team and lead them accordingly upon managing the students and counsel them through the Visa Filling Process.

* Should have professional understanding and should be able to offer the same to the students during the Counseling for the Visa Process.

* Should be concerned about the Sales part in Counselling Keeping in mind all the Eligible Criteria of all the Candidates.
