Customer Relationship Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Entry and verification of customer receipts in ERP/CRM systems
• Sending welcome mail / customer intimation after booking confirmation
• Pulling and updating booking details in ERP as per sales records
• Clearing suspense entries by coordinating with accounts and banking teams
• Handling and maintaining bank-related documents for customers
• Proper filing and record maintenance of customer and project documents
• Coordination for Agreement to Sale process and documentation
• Managing APF (Approved Project Finance) related documentation and bank coordination
