We're inviting a visionary leader to join us as Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO) – a strategic Co-Builder level role with Equity + Profit Sharing. There is no fixed salary in this role at the start – ideal for entrepreneurial leaders seeking ownership in a globally-scaling product company.

We're an 11-year-old tech company pioneering Generative AI from India. Our platforms are gaining strong traction across the USA, Canada, UAE, and India.

Our flagship products:

RAIYA Voice AI (Telephony & Concierge): A conversational voice assistant for lead generation, qualification, and 24/7 customer support

RAIYA IDP (Intelligent Document Processing): Automates the reading, structuring, and insight generation from unstructured documents like RFPs, contracts, and reports

We're scaling with clarity:

Targeting 100 Cr revenue in 3 years

Expanding to 100 countries

IPO planned within 5 years

Role: Regional Chief Business Officer (RCBO) – Co-Builder

You will:

Drive go-to-market and revenue strategies in your region

Build and lead high-performance sales and business teams

Forge alliances across BFSI, healthcare, retail, and telecom sectors

Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Founders to align GTM with product growth

Contribute to funding and strategic partnerships

Who You Are:

10+ years in SaaS, tech, or startup leadership roles

Strong enterprise/B2B networks and connections

Proven track record in revenue growth and team building

Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to build with skin in the game

Open to putting low capital to start your business
