Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and experienced counsellor with a specialization in student visa services. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in navigating students through the complex visa application process, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations, and providing unwavering support as they pursue their academic dreams abroad in countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer expert guidance and counselling to students on visa prerequisites, procedures, and documentation required for overseas studies.

2. Evaluate students' educational background, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable study programs and destinations that align with their goals.

3. Stay abreast of the latest developments in immigration laws, policies, and procedures pertinent to student visas in diverse countries.

4. Foster effective communication and collaboration with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth visa processing for students.

5. Maintain meticulous records of student visa applications, approvals, and rejections while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Address students' inquiries and concerns regarding visa-related matters promptly and professionally, offering guidance and reassurance throughout the process.

Requirements:

1. 12th Pass or Any Bachelor's Degree.
2. Freshers or experienced as an Student Counsellor or similar role, focusing on student visa guidance.
3. In-depth understanding of visa application processes and immigration regulations.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
5. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
