Role Overview

We're looking for a Data Scientist who can turn complex datasets into actionable insights that drive growth, engagement, and monetization across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor, business acumen, and technical expertise to support decision-making and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build predictive and recommendation models to enhance user engagement and personalization.
• Analyze user behavior, content consumption, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to translate data insights into product features and campaign strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines for key business KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.
• Work with engineering teams to productionize models and ensure scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics (preferably in B2C, media, or digital domains).
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools is a plus.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical teams.
