Sales Executive - B2B & B2C

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executives to drive both B2B and B2C growth across for our Healthcare vertical. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and healthcare professionals — while also engaging directly with patients and consumers to promote premium Healthcare care programs and services

Key Responsibilities

• B2B: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and medical professionals.
• B2C: Engage directly with patients and families to promote healthcare packages and personalized wellness solutions.
• Execute referral and network marketing strategies to expand reach and generate qualified leads.
• Present and sell patient care packages and healthcare services through meetings, demos, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and leverage lead-generation tools (Snovio, Apollo, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on localized campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate tracking in CRM, provide sales reports, and optimize strategy based on market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• 2–4 years of combined B2B & B2C sales experience, ideally in healthcare, healthtech sectors.
• Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with selling healthcare packages, wellness plans, or digital health services is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
