Influbot.ai enables creators to monetize fan interactions by integrating chatbot technology that personalizes communication.
The platform offers a seamless onboarding process for creators, enabling them to set up their profiles, connect with fans, and start monetizing their content quickly. Influencers can use their custom chatbot to respond to messages, manage interactions, and generate revenue through exclusive, paid content and conversations.
Role Overview:
Influbot.ai is on the lookout for a high-performing, self-drivenBrand Partnership Lead & Manager who lives and breathes agency hustle. We want someone who can help us scale to the next level.
If you've sold campaigns to brands, closed big retainers, and have deep-rooted connections in the industry, we want to talk to you.
What we are looking for:
• You've worked in an agency (digital, influencer, media, or integrated marketing).
• You understand brands, their objectives, and how to pitch creative + ROI-driven influencer campaigns.
• You have a strong network of CMOs, brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• You're hungry, persistent, and always closing.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and love owning targets.
• You're passionate about the creator economy and can confidently represent Influbot.ai.
What You'll Do:
• Drive new business acquisition across sectors (FMCG, Fashion, Tech, BFSI, Entertainment, etc.).
• Pitch end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, celebrity endorsements, content production, and digital strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals, budgets, and campaign ideas.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and growth.
• Track, report, and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in agency sales (must-have).
• Proven experience in selling influencer marketing or digital media solutions.
• Exceptional communication and pitching skills.
• Strong network and connections within the industry.
• Willingness to travel and hustle when required.
