Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

Role & Responsibilities

Help drive the studio's product building efforts for ideas and startups that we work with and taking the sole product manager role for some of the ideas. Continuously learn better ways of building products and taking those to market and support creation of internal tools and playbooks for the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders and studio team to define product strategy
• Translate early-stage ideas into clear product requirements and MVPs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers
• Launch products/MVP quickly and learn and refine to get market traction
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and product validation.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog with a lean, experiment-driven approach.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide future development.
• Work across 2 or more ventures simultaneously

Ideal Candidate

• 4-6 years overall work experience with at least 2 as a product manager
• Experience working in early stage teams and products from 0-1
• Writing PRD, BRD, user stories and other product management documents
• Experience maintaining a roadmap and managing backlog
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in spite of competing pressures
• Can do attitude and willing to work on new and hard problems
