We're Hiring! Salesforce Administrator (2+ Years Experience)

We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team at Shrine Software Services!

What You'll Do:

Manage and maintain our Salesforce environment — user setups, profiles, roles, and permissions

Customize and enhance Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules

Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting visibility across departments

Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and automation using Flow and Process Builder

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance CRM adoption

Support system upgrades, integrations, and new Salesforce features

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Hands-on experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Process Builder

Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
