Role: Growth Analyst/Sr. Analyst

Location: Jaipur- Onsite

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Analyst to support our growth initiatives across various channels. The role involves managing daily operations, tracking performance metrics, supporting ad campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support growth and marketing operations on the marketplace platforms.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Assist in running and monitoring ad campaigns, including performance tracking and optimization
• Track key performance metrics (sales, conversion, ROI, inventory health) and prepare regular reports
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
• Support marketplace compliance, catalog hygiene, and process adherence
• Assist in executing growth experiments and promotional activities.

Skills & Competencies Required

• 1-3 years experience in growth marketing, or a similar role in Beauty and Personal Care, or Quick commerce/ e-commerce environment.
• B.tech or similar graduation, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
