Job Description

Role: Site Execution Engineer

Experience: 1–5 years in solar PV installation or relevant project execution.

Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

Salary: 1.8 to 3 LPA

Location: Madukkarai, Coimbatore

Notice Period: 15 days or less

Job Overview:

The Site Execution Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site, in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Site Supervision:

Monitor daily installation activities of solar PV systems.

Ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.

Quality & Safety:

Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks.

Ensure proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations.

Technical Support:

Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues.

Conduct initial system testing and commissioning.

Reporting:

Maintain daily work progress reports.

Report to the Project Manager with updates and issues.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (for project planning).

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and communication.

Problem-solving and time management.
