• 4 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to leadership.
• Experience in managing employee relations and performance management processes.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
