Job Description : Primary Role : To support and lead R&D activities in biotechnology, including product development, Analytical evaluation standardization, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Job Responsibilities : Design, plan, and execute experiments for new product development and analytical evaluation. Further, based on customer feedback, create a study plan, execute experiments and troubleshoot the issue, thereby providing solutions to the customer’s feedback Maintain accurate records, experimental logs, and prepare technical reports. Conduct benchmarking and application data studies for products under development Prepare SOPs, protocols, and documentation that can be shared with external customers Follow Good Lab Practices (GLP) to ensure general laboratory maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory / quality guidelines.
