Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise across the hire-to-retire cycle.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful end-to-end HCM implementations and strong client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support HCM Cloud implementations, covering requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

- Provide expert functional knowledge in US Payroll, Compensation, OTL, Core HR, Absence, and Benefits modules.

- Resolve complex functional issues and deliver high-quality client engagements.

- Mentor team members, allocate work, monitor progress, and provide status updates to project managers.

- Collaborate with clients in workshops and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

- Travel domestically or internationally as required for project assignments.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of domain expertise in HCM, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 on HCM Cloud).

- Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including planning, follow-up, and team mentorship.

- Flexibility, organizational awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement.
