What you will do :

• Payment Processing : Accurately apply payments received from customers to their respective accounts.
• Reconciliation : Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash receipts and accounts receivable.
• Discrepancy Resolution : Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and customers.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and organized records of all cash application transactions.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
