Job description

Your Responsibilities

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will :

  • Design, implement, and maintain modern workplace solutions using the Microsoft Windows ecosystem.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune / Autopilot), including full lifecycle management of devices, configuration profiles, compliance policies, Windows Updates and security baselines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (former SCCM)
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management.
  • Package and deploy applications and troubleshoot both software and hardware issues .
  • Implement and maintain Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) rules and other endpoint protection measures as well as troubleshoot issues related to it.
  • Automate tasks and optimize processes using Windows PowerShell.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the modern workplace.
  • Manage and support various components of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Stay current with new releases, features, and best practices in Microsoft 365 and Intune.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver a seamless and integrated technology experience for end-users.
  • Be willing to travel to our headquarters in Belgium on a regular basis to collaborate with colleagues and support on-site activities.

Your Profile

You are a strong candidate if you have :

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Solid experience with Windows operating systems and PowerShell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
  • A good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a professional, respectful work ethic.
  • A drive to continuously improve processes and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to our headquarters in Belgium.
