Role Description

As a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. You will focus on enhancing the company's employer branding, fostering a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with team leaders to identify workforce requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources operations
• Proficiency in Hiring practices, including sourcing and evaluating job candidates
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and engagement
• Ability to implement Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous
