About Antropi Robotics

At Antropi, we’re building autonomous CNC automation — robotic arms on a gantry, powered by AI vision, to handle machines with minimal human input. We’re a young, fast-moving startup shaping the future of factory robotics.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Tech Talent Scout Intern who can help us find the right minds to build the future with us — engineers across robotics, computer vision, embedded systems, and mechanical design.

You’ll :

Source and reach out to top tech talent through , GitHub, and communities.
Shortlist strong candidates for robotics, vision, controls, and mechanical roles.
Write engaging outreach messages that actually get replies.
Maintain hiring sheets and coordinate interviews with the founding team.
Learn how deep-tech hiring works from scratch — from sourcing to selection.

You are :

Curious about robotics, AI, and engineering.

Great at research and communication.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Excited to work in a fast-paced startup.
