Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals. This role is crucial for Goxplor's expansion and requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Lead Generation :

  • Identify and research potential clients, strategic partners, and new market segments to target for business growth.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social selling, and participation in industry events / trade shows.
  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy to convert prospects into active sales opportunities.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth :

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Present Goxplor's products / services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the value proposition to the specific needs of the client.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • 3. Client Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding and transition to the operations team.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling.
  • 4. Strategy & Reporting :

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and new technologies.
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the direct selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong network of contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
