Job description

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer in Mumbai (Kurla) for a fast-growing FinTech company focused on building innovative digital experiences. Who can help us build high-quality, scalable, and responsive cross-platform :

  • Lead the design and development of advanced mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define app features and requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and libraries.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum development processes and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and Flutter ecosystem.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2-3 years working with Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart language, and mobile app architecture.
  • Experience in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android.
  • Proficient in using state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
  • Familiar with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Solid understanding of app security, offline storage, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and app store deployment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift / Objective-C) development.
  • Knowledge of backend services (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Firebase Functions).
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or packages.
