Main Responsibilities
* Primarily an Operations role with a mix of Customer Management.
* Preparing, Tax Invoices, and E-Way Bills using Tally.
* Preparing Delivery Orders, updating dispatch details, and maintaining records in Excel & CRM system.
* Handling phone calls and customer queries promptly and professionally.
* Responding to operational emails and coordinating internally for timely resolution.
* Coordinating with suppliers, godown, and delivery in-charge to ensure smooth logistics.
* Ensuring all tasks are executed in a process-oriented and organized manner.
* Taking ownership of enquiries and following them through to closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge of preparing Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills in Tally is a must.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general internet usage.
* Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multitasking.
* A quick learner – high performers will have an opportunity to grow into leadership roles.
