  • Role : Lead Back-end Developer
  • Years of Experience : 10+ years
  • Location : Bangalore or candidates who are ready to relocate.
  • Must Have : We need a strong hands-on candidate with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes

JD :

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements :

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
  • 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Java based technology space
  • Knowledge on CI / CD principals
  • Good knowledge and working experience in Agile methodology and familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence

    • Must-Have Skills

  • Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade Java applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot for high-availability systems.
  • Support the design, deployment, and integration of distributed microservice architectures.
  • Architect and manage secure, cost-optimized AWS (or any other cloud) solutions leveraging native services.
  • Build and maintain high-throughput event streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka.
  • Deploy, scale, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies
