Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Coordinator located in Kochi. The Ticketing Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing ticket sales, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and coordinating sales operations. The role involves ensuring a smooth ticketing process and providing exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ticket Sales and Reservations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and related activities
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
