Job description

Build the "MES for India" brand. Generate demand. Tell customer stories.

Plant Metrics is building India's smartest MES + IIoT platform. We need a Marketing Lead to establish category leadership and build a demand generation engine.

The Opportunity :  Build marketing function from scratch. Generate 50-100 SQLs / quarter. Position PlantMetrics as the go-to MES solution for Indian manufacturers.

What You'll Do :

  • Own demand generation (SEO, content, paid ads, LinkedIn, webinars)
  • Create customer case studies
  • Build brand positioning and messaging ("MES for India")
  • Manage website, social media, and industry events

What You Bring :

  • 6-8 years in B2B SaaS marketing (industrial / manufacturing tech preferred)
  • Proven track record building demand gen engines from scratch
  • Strong content marketing skills (writing, storytelling, customer narratives)
  • Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and digital marketing
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable with analytics and ROI tracking
