Job description
We’re looking for a Brand Executive who can support day-to-day brand execution across social media, content, and packaging. This role will work across Pilgrim and PhD (a new brand), offering the opportunity to contribute to an established brand while also helping build a new one from the ground up. Roles and Responsibilities: Brand Executive – Social Media & Content - Social Media Execution: Assist in planning and managing content calendars across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Coordinate with designers and creators to get content executed smoothly. - Listings Management: Help create and update product listings and banners across marketplaces and the website, ensuring content is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines. - Shoot Coordination: Support photo/video shoots by helping with coordination and ensuring brand guidelines are followed. - Packaging Support: Work with the design and packaging team on packaging updates and new concepts. - Attention to Detail: Ensure all brand outputs are consistent, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines. Ideal Profile - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience: 1–2 years of experience in brand, social media, or content roles, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG. - Execution Skills: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through on execution. - Basic Analytical Understanding: Able to track and understand basic content performance metrics. - Creative & Detail-Oriented: Has a creative mindset with a strong eye for detail - Team Player: Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams. - Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback and keen to grow in a fast-paced environment.
