We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients, people, shareholders, partners and communities.Visit us at www.accenture.com What would you do? • Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. • Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. • Role requires Digital Marketing Content and Campaign • Marketing Operations delivery governance, operating model design and team leadership. • Working understanding of Salesforce, Marketo, event campaign workflows, Cvent ON24 dependency points, AEM Assets Sites and DAM CMS operations.c • Capacity planning, productivity tracking, utilization management and operational reporting. • Executive communication, risk management, escalation handling and documentation. What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Digital Project Management - P5 Roles and Responsibilities: • • Accountable for overall leadership, delivery performance, stakeholder governance, financial discipline, people development and operational maturity for the Marketing Operations capability. The role leads the integrated managed service across Campaign Management, Content Adaptation and Web Development and ensures the team can support event-led campaign operations without compromising scope, quality or controls. • • 12-15+ years in Marketing Operations, Digital Delivery, Campaign Operations, Creative Production or Managed Services. • 12+ years managing offshore-global delivery teams and multi-tower operations. • Experience managing marketing automation, email operations, content production, QA and web CMS workflows. • Working exposure to event campaign operations and event webinar platforms preferred. • Bachelors degree required, MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
