Assigns all work assignments, commits team(s) to work, manages their work quality, manages the teams financials and mix to targets, and drives the teams overall people management. Monitors and controls service delivery metrics. Must have skills : Cloud Infrastructure Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth delivery of services to clients by coordinating and assigning tasks to team members. This role requires managing the quality of work produced, ensuring that financial targets and team composition goals are met, and fostering effective people management within the team. The individual continuously monitors service delivery metrics to maintain high standards and drives improvements where necessary. Collaboration across various teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to maintaining seamless client service operations throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize resource allocation and team productivity to meet project goals. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery expectations. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures. - Experience with cloud resource management and cost optimization strategies. - Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud environments. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance metrics related to cloud infrastructure. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
